Rikki has spent 13+ years in the HubSpot ecosystem, scaling teams and working with B2B companies on the commercial side of growth. He leads strategy, sales and the AI work: positioning, pipeline, and turning Claude into a teammate that reads your CRM, your customers and your numbers. He is direct, practical and commercially focused, and he owns outcomes rather than tasks. He likes the point where a messy growth system turns into something usable, measurable and commercially useful.
Emma Lear
Emma leads client relationships and delivery, and keeps the HubSpot work on track and on time. She is the person clients speak to when they need something done well and done properly, and she holds the standard across every project: do the right work, in the right order, without breaking what already exists. She makes sure the systems we build are ones the client's team can actually run and maintain after we hand them over.
